1. Services

Solumena, LLC provides AI-powered business automation services, software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions, AI receptionist systems, automated appointment booking, lead follow-up automation, client notification systems, and social media management. Content and services are provided as described in our service agreements and subscription plans.

2. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

3. Subscription and Billing

Some parts of our services are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscriptions"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are typically set on a monthly or annual basis. At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Solumena, LLC cancels it.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellations require at least 30 days' notice prior to the next billing cycle.
• Refunds: Except when required by law, paid subscription fees and setup fees are non-refundable.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our website or services to:

• Violate any local, state, national, or international law.
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material (spam).
• Attempt to circumvent or "jailbreak" AI safeguards or systems.
• Use the software to generate illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our systems.

6. Intellectual Property and Data Ownership

• Solumena IP: All software, AI models, algorithms, workflows, and website content are the exclusive property of Solumena, LLC.
• Client Data: You retain ownership of any data you upload or provide to the services. By using the services, you grant us a license to use this data solely to provide and improve the services for you.
• Feedback: Any feedback or suggestions you provide to us may be used by us without compensation to you.

7. AI Models and Output Disclaimer

Our services utilize third-party Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Large Language Models (LLMs). You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated outputs are provided "as is" and may contain errors or inaccuracies ("hallucinations").
• All AI-generated content should be reviewed by a human before being used for business or legal purposes.
• Solumena, LLC is not liable for any actions taken or damages resulting from your reliance on AI-generated outputs.
